The vote will be determined by a show of hands\, both in-person and via Zoom (for those attending virtually): \n\n\n\nThat the KGH Medical Staff Association (MSA) follow the recommendations of the SSC Facility Engagement Site review and join Facility Engagement Services Company (FESC). \n\n\n\nIf approved: \n\n\n\nBe it Resolved that: \n\n\n\na) The Registrar of Companies for the Province of British Columbia    be requesed to dissolve the Society. \n\n\n\nb) Doctors of BC be appointed Record Keeper of the Society. \n\n\n\nWe hope to see you there to discuss these important issues.
