Measuring Your Wellness in collaboration with Well Doc Canada.

Well Doc Canada is doing a quality improvement project to measure and enhance wellness in the Department of Surgery. This work is endorsed by your leadership. Well Doc Canada will work with your group and leadership to identify and promote changes based on the survey results.

Well Doc Canada will be administering the survey:

• They are an independant, not-for-profit group
• Individual data will remain confidential and will not be shared
• Aggregate results will be given to your leadership
• Aggregate results will be shared back to group members during a follow-up workshop that explores described challenges and identifies sttrategies to enhance wellness within your group

Sharing your voice will contribute to meaningful impacts. Survey will launch November 18, 2024 and Results will be shared Spring 2025.
